Refunds

Quilting Magic offers returns with full refund of the product price when:
You received the wrong item.
Your item was damaged or faulty.

Refunds may not apply when items are damaged in transit, or for change of mind.
Please contact Quilting Magic before attempting to send any item back for refund.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
